If You're BAKING CUPCAKES You Should Look at the Size of the Oven

Kemarin sore aku bikin Cupcake Krim Kayumanis. Waktu ngeliat gambarnya di buku resep keliatan enak banget DAN gampang. Bahannya juga ga aneh-aneh. Rencananya sih mau dipamerin ke temen-temen, like 'Hey, I can be a good cook!' and so. Hahah! Sisi keibuan dari sifat 'kebapakan' saya. Badly, it turned out like a disaster, a Cream Monster invades my kitchen.

Maunya sih aku nyalahin adekku. Ngocok adonan aja GAGAL... Tapi aku MASIH positiv tingkimm (HAHA!). Lancar-lancar aja proses masukin adonannya ke kertas roti DAN loyangnya itu. Cuma gara-gara buru-buru takut adonannya 'turun' jadi AGAK beleberan. And the problem came through... Pas masukin loyang ke ovennya, ternyata GA MUAT. Ukurang panjang ovennya itu CUMA 3/4 panjang loyangnya. Histeria meledak, mata berair, hidung panas!

And so, from that point, I just knew that it FAILED... The taste is REALLY fine, but the texture and the look really blew everything up! Cuma ada 2 cake yang mengembang, TAPI tengahnya bolong dan kulitnya BANTAT. Sisanya BANTAT TOTAL! Two out of 22 is half fine...

Ngeeh... Sebel... Akhirnya tadi buat pelampiasan bikin Gingerbread Cookies. Luckily it's REALLY fine and REALLY good. Imma give it to my classmates. HAHAHA!

Mmm... Imma give You the DISASTER CINNAMON CUPCAKE RECIPE::
150 gr putih telur
1/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt cream of tartar
50 gr gula pasir
50 gr gula palem
150 gr kuning telur kocok lepas
75 gr terigu
20 gr maizena
1 sdm bumbu spekuk
35 gr margarin leleh
25 gr krim kental
gula tepung untuk taburan (optional)

Campur sampe lembut DAN mengembang... BUKAN cair! At least You want it to make it looked like mine.
